Complaints

Members are expected to abide by all rules of the association – but especially the Code of Conduct as published by the Association.

Any breach of the Code of Conduct or other Association rules will be considered a disciplinary matter. Where the association is notified of such a breach, the matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

The Association has a Complaints Procedure aimed at dealing with complaints levelled against its members. A copy of this is available on request from the Association Secretary.

We maintain a publicly viewable list of complaints made about our members.
