I’ve had horses since the age of four, and a lifelong fascination with the hoof—its anatomy, function, and how small changes can make a big difference to a horse’s wellbeing. After years in jobs where I felt like just a number, I decided to pursue something truly rewarding and meaningful, which led me to become an Equine Podiatrist. My own pony is a barefoot traditional cob, with whom I compete at county level. He also drives, hacks and jumps barefoot and is my pride and joy. As a professional working with horses, I strongly believe patience goes a long way.
