Hi I’m Olivia, Prior to becoming an Equine Podiatrist I worked as an Equine Sports Massage and Rehabilitation Therapist. I hold a BSc(Hons) in Equine Psychology and Sports Science with Nottingham Trent University, and an Equine Sports Massage certification which was awarded by The College of Animal Physiotherapy. Naturally, my curiosity led me to Equine Podiatry as I quickly realised that hooves were the missing part to the whole-horse approach. I am now a qualified Equine Podiatrist serving the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire borders and parts of Derbyshire. I have a particular interest in Laminitis rehabilitation, capsule shifts and negative-palmar/poor posture cases. I integrate my equine body work expertise within my equine podiatry sessions and can offer a whole-horse centred approach. |
